STORY- 10) I might as well give you all a little more info on the show then what the Synopsis has to say. As Deus (God of space and time) is aging, he had set up this contest for 12 players. They each recieve what is called a "Future Diary" which always can tell the future, or so it seems. There are diffeent diaries, the random diary, escape diary, love diary, etc. Each player has to either kill or destroy another players diary (which kills them) Last man, or woman, standing becomes god! Sounds pretty cool right? haha you're sure right about that. There are SOO many plot twists and climatic moments that you end up on the edge of your seat going " WHAT THE F*UCK JUST HAPPENED!?!?!?!!??" Throughout the story there are so many twists and turns that you are just so excited to see what will happened next. The story really has a lot of different side stories so you might get confused, but by the end i guarantee that you will be like "....dude" breathless, when everything comes together it kits you like a wall of bricks.
ART- 10) The art is very nice in this show. Im not going to go on forever so don't worry. But you can tell the emotion of the characters faces as clear as day. The art shows all the love, and pain, the character is going through.
SOUND - 9) Not much to say here also. The music for the opening and end credits is *eh. But during the show the songs always matches the scenes perfecty. But ther is no music during the fight scenes and the climatic scenes which is great use you can really pay attention to the show more.
CHARACTER- 10) Now this is my favorite part of the show. Each character is developed AMAZINGLY throughout the story. Especially Yuukii (the main male character) coming out a shy, pathetic, un-manly loser into a lean mean killing machine! He turns out to be quite the lead. But there are still times where you saw what he did and your like "WHAT THE F*CK ARE YOU DOING YOU PIECE OF SH*T!" and "You are suh a freakin COWARD!" but don't worry, he turns out to be a great character. Then there is Yuno, all i have to say is....DAMN GIRL! She is a loveing, stalking, psycopathic killing bad ass. She has more skill then anyone and is just plain out incredible. She grows to have a crush on Yuuki and literally has been stalking him for a year prior to when the game started. She has the Yuuki Diary, so she can STALK HIM EVEN MORE NOW! But she saves him sooo much and tries to do whats best for him. You will be wondering if she loves him or is just plain crazy, maybe a bit of both. All the other characters develope nicely throughout the story.
ENJOYMENT- 9) like i said i LOVED this anime. You will be on the edge of your seat just waiting to see what will happen next. You will laugh, maybe cry, bite your fingernails down to the num, drop your jaw, and maybe spaze out haha.
OVERALL- 10) One of the best shows with honestly one of the coolest and tricked out plots of all time. Definately see it anyone who is even considering it.
