Having no desire to rewrite the easily found plot description already provided, I will say that the story is filled with moments of suspense, of confusion when a mystery is carefully unfolding, and of the shock when they finally do reveal the satisfying conclusion. And scattered here and there among the elements of horror and mystery are moments of sweetness, of romance, of comedy, and of fan service (not so much where you cringe and mutter to yourself "that would never happen in real life", but just enough to give you the shy grin that only the flirtations of a pretty woman can give you).
All in all, at the end of the day, after you watched this anime in it's entirety, you'll lean back in your seat feeling satisfied, and then recommending it to any of your friends that are even remotely interested in the many genres Tasogare Otome x Amnesia fulfills.
