Storyline: 6/10
I have to say, this has to be the weirdest yuri that I have ever read. The way that Marimo the librarian and her friend Mikito find out for their love is boardline over-the-top (and not in a good way). The plot jumped around in so many directions that I found myself confused as to what I got myself into, and I remember when they included Marimo's "wet week", I found myself utterly confused. However, when it all boils down, it's the tale of a librarian who refuses to leave the kotatsu in fear of freezing, and her friend egging her to leave it in such a way that they finally realise their love for one another.
Very odd plotline, but if that's your thing, I think you'll enjoy this oneshot.
Artwork: 6/10
Just your average manga artwork. Nothing very eye grabbing, to be honest. The girls are drawn very cute.
Characters: 3/10
The characters aren't very believable in their love. It's basicly touch-and-go (literally) and the two are in love. All the while, there's some random girl under the kotatsu (presumbly one of Marimo's friends) who doesn't even say anything; just continues reading. If your friends were bumping each other's privates, I'm thinking you would of said something on the matter. I understand that the entire point was to convey a "Gasp! They've wanted to touch each other for such a long time!", but the feeling I got was "Damn, she kicked that thing somethin' fierce". I think the author should of spent a little more time explaining each character, but then again, it was a oneshot probably meant to fap to, so what do I know?
Worth the Read?: It's merely an manga to either pass because of how "jumpy" it is plotwise or a manga to read for exactly that reason.
Additional Comments:
It's a short little manga, so I guess if in doubt if you should read it or not, I say go for it. The one private part is censored, if you're worried about that. However, I hope you understand what you are getting into with the aid of my review.
