I started watching this anime because i loved eden of the east and saw that this was supposedly like it. Well, it is the same in that there are awesome cellphones....and thats actualy about the only important similarity there is. Let me tell you now, if you came here because of eden of the east, these animes are basicly completely different. eden of the east is about a nice, cocky guy trying to save the world. it's a happy anime. mirai nikki, or future diary in english, is dark, bloody and there is one twist in the plot after another. and let me tell you this: IT WILL BLOW YOUR FREAKING MIND!!!!

it has a very good story, there is one plot twist after another, one second you think it's all lovey dubby, the next you will try to pull out your hair because the story got so messed up. the story is not meant for younger children, 14 and up is fine, but there is a lot of violence and blood and grown up topics.

the art was fine, you'll be satisfied. this anime is often described as ecchi. for those that o not know, ecchi is a term that we use to describe anime, it means that there isn't any nudity in this, but it gets pretty close. fortunatly, this isn't your usual ecchi anime, it is supposed to symbolize that the characters are more grown up,and in one case more insane. again, a lot of blood=don't let small kids see this.

normally i am very picky about the sound, but in this anime i didn't really seem to notice it. iwasn't actualy paying any attention to it, it doesn't play an important role, and i think thats good. i put a 5 for sound, but i am using it in the sence that 5 is between 0 and 10, i really doesn't matter to this anime, it is insignificent
character: 10
this is was makes this anime great. the mail main character is good, he goes through some great development to the end. but the female main charater is what makes mirai nikki mirai nikki. she's literaly insane. one moment she is this swee teenageed girl, the next she kills to save her love. she's a stalker, and a sccary one at that. and here's where the action comes in, because it turns out she's also an insanely good fighter. you will be so frustrated with this girl because she pretty much turs arounnd the whole plot every few seconds, you'll never see it coming. this girl will blow your mind, you'll be sitting at the edge of your chair trying to figure out what she'll do next. but yu won't:).
enjoyment: 10
i watched this anime in two days, and only because i had a lot of other stuff to do. but every free second i had i watched it. i havn't enjoyed a anime this much in a long time.
overall: 10
this is an amazying anime, don't heitate to watch it.i know that my scores wern't all streight tens, but i had to give it a 10. i read that something like this or a season 2 or something is coming out, and i can't wait. if anyone knows more about this, please don't hesitate to write me.
