After several vampire anime, I get very tired of the idea of vampires fighting humans and one believing that they are the true race and what not, but the idea of a higher species, a vampire that feeds on vampires, really got me interested. I thought that it had very good animation and a pretty good story. The only real problem that I had is the lack of backround information and character development for Able, the main character. They show very small flashbacks of his previous life and why he fights, but they never really explain what happened to him and why he does what he does. You can kind of peice it together but there are still alot of spaces.

Despite this, overall, I really enjoyed this anime and I would definitely recomend it. There is alot of good action and fights.
