This anime is a based on conspiracy theory against the company or organization that runs the city, no. 6. Something funny is going on and Nezumi is trying to get to the bottom of it. After he escapes from prison Shion rescues him and lets him stay in his home. Nezumi will return the favor one day when Shion is much older. To be quite honest through out the whole anime I thought that Shion and Nezumi had something going on behind the scenes. Their relationship seemed a little more than just friends. So some things happen and Shion ends up being the one who is running. Shion and Nezumi set out to discover what No. 6 is up to and the mystery of No. 6.
What I liked about this anime was the story. The story was interesting, but I really wish they would've went into more detail on the mystery and Safu a girl who is in love with Shion who actually happens to have some weird mystery that surrounds her. This anime was decent, but there were times where it dragged.
