Style - It's good, better than average but does not stand out on its own. I give this 2 out of 3.
Character - Characters are good but not quite there. Satou is totally believable, somewhat relatable and somewhat likable. Misaki is not quite believable, given the extraordinary lengths that she goes to compensate for her lack of ego, her patience that's just enough to change Satou but not enough to prevent her from attempting to commit suicide; it's a combination of personality traits that are a bit too perfect to believe. So I'll drop 1 mark for that to give this a 3 out of 4.
Story - The story, at the start for a while at least, is somewhat believable. Misaki's attempts to help Satou pretty much fail, although they do push Satou into doing SOMETHING at least. Anything except finding a job whilst he still has support from his parents. Nearer the end this support is cut off and Satou does actually go out to find a job. This is one of the most memorable parts of the anime and goes a long way for me at least. So I'll give a 3 out of 3 for story.
Overall the show is great and dropped 2 marks because the art/animation isn't quite top notch and some characters are not very believable.
