It has some nice character development toward many characters. I like the aspect of Ika learning throughout the story.
It's weakness is that the relationships never really evolve much and many plots are left open ended.
The series is primarily a comedy, and it's strongest feature is the solid cast it has. The art is pretty high quality, and the manga puts details into the environments which is a positive.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cute comedy slice of life.
