Ghost hunt to this day, will be the only anime i have ever seen that had me keeping the lights on whenever i sleep.

Story ~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Geez, i have never seen an anime that could actually have me jumping out of my chair. Ever.
The anime changes arcs every 3-4 episodes, resulting in a new and fascinating story everytime. I can see this as being a good way to "refresh" and start something new, but personally i wanted more a overall plot.
But before i go on to the animation, I have give props to " The doll house" and the "Blood stained labyrinth" arc for making me (insert word here) my pants.

Animation~~~~~~~~

The animation isn't as gorgeous as "Guilty Crown", but it certainly is not bad.
The people look like, well, people. The buildings and backgrounds have a nice eerie look ( for their arcs, respectively) and the ghosts/supernatural beings are just perfect.

Sound~~~~~~~~~

Since this anime relies heavily on sound, it needs to do so.
The voice acting fits perfectly from Naru's know it all and cocky tone, to people like the soft voiced masako.
The backround music is good, but sometimes it goes quiet, but that's just for the suspense.
The sound effects like creaking from doors, windows shattering, the ghosts moaning, Ghost hunt does a pretty good job.

Character~~~~~~~~

The characters have their own individual hairstyle, personality and such, which is great.
But, there is hardly any character development. HARDLY.
They have a hint of romance, but pretty much evaporates like a mist.

Overall ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This by far is scary as a mother ( insert word here ) and I definitively recommend this to anyone who's in for a scare.
