Art and animation is decent. I like older animes but i wasnt a big fan of character design. Also compared to other shows same time it isnt as good.
Music is pretty much the same. Its good but doesnt reach the heights of the greats in the same genre.
Being a simple fighter shounen there isnt much story. The premise is interesting and promises alot but ultimately fallsshort not adapting the entire story or going especially deep into it rather being second though.
The fights themselves is another area its lacking in against its competitors. They arent as intense or bring the same tense atmosphere. Often found the climax lacklustre and fights following the same formula and outcome to often.
Characters and their personality or history was again lacking and didnt really hook me. Then theres the usual unmature bits and pieces with quirky humor that never hits the mark and pervy characters which drags it down a bit.
Overall a good simple and enjoyable battle shounen. But there are far better out there one should watch first. But definetly recommend to give it a watch at some point. Its worth it.
