You would expect a good work from Key, but this goes beyond expectations. They have made a excellent mix of drama, comedy, and a little touch of fantasy to show us,the audience, what is a perfect anime.
The story is simply a grand sequel to the first Clannad.Think of it like this, you will let out many tears (unless if you're a heartless person) from laughing and crying. Not once did I dislike a certain scene and not once did I look for something else while watching this.
The art is the same as before, would be weird if they suddenly change, and the soundtrack still fits the mood of every single parts. Characters are back and show their emotions as honest as they can be.
Though I really recommend this to people who are into drama, you should give it a go, and probably rewatch it if you like it a lot. Just be prepared for various scenes that might be heartbreaking and you will have a wonderful ride.
