You aren't even capable to read the subtitle without pausing every few seconds. the subtitle are to fast, to long, mutiple times the same sentence. meta infos which has nothing to do with the actions and only confuesing.
And to make it worse, the translation sometimes doesn't make sense at all. So, i guess if you don't understand mandarin, you will have problems to follow the storyline properly.
The long intro and outro with plenty of adds for softdink and chocolate, doesn't make it better. - at least you could see, what was for the producer most important, than making a good anime
