Mixed Feelings

Definitely mixed feelings. The first movie was light-hearted, funny, slice of life, shojo and romance of course. The second movie turned dramatic fast and perhaps too much(?) I guess since it is based on a Manga the pace of the manga might have started off light and then over the years took a dramatic turn and evolved more to suit the maturing loyal audience's taste but the anime doesn't really prepare you for that. You might like it or not but for me it's better than not knowing the ending.

Spoiler:
One thing though I really hate how the plot took advantage of the Chief over and over until discarding him.
