this could've been good but it really DOES insist upon itself and keeps beating you over the head with empty symbolism and surface level takes, its like a normal person trying to sound smart . i don't mind the dark themes but it really doesn't go anywhere, it just repeats the unironic " we live in a society " rhetoric over and over through dialogue instead of just showing you or giving a new perspective on the subject . i kept reading thinking i was missing something since every1 praises it so much but it really has nothing to offer and now im convinced its all empty praise . im disappointed i wasted my time with it honestly , the only redeeming quality was Manabu .
