Pretty good as always, Konosuba never disappoints. It is one of the funniest series I've ever seen, and the plot works sometimes.

The series is great, but I think the quality of each scene varies too greatly from a 5/10 to a 10/10: there are some scenes that I think should have been played for comedy, but that were played for drama instead, and I think overall the series should embrace more of comedy, as it is not as proficient at drama.

Also I think there were some obvious jokes that the writers missed somehow. There is a scene in which one of the characters brings a giant frog to a party and it starts trashing the place, but we only hear it as a conversation in the background while Kasuma is outside the room. Later in the same scene, Kasuma comes back to the room, and this would have been the perfect moment to reintroduce the joke and the giant frog, but it never happened; which is a shame as I think it would've been hilarious to see the frog come back, and a great example of set up and pay off - and there are quite a few similar moments in this season. The same goes for the plot, some moments felt like the plot had an obvious amazing direction to take, but it went the completely other way - which was still good, just not as good.

Overall, I recommend Konosuba a lot. But if you (somehow) don't like this style of comedy, then maybe you won't enjoy the series, as it focuses mostly on comedy.
