So, I'm not sure what convinced me to start reading this, to be honestl. I think I might've seen a panel that got me interested so one day I got to reading. Looking back, I neglected checking genres and summary and got straight into it (I think the panel I saw didn't give the impression it'd be this hardcore). It became quite clear from the early chapters what was to be expected. The thing is, I'm not really into this genre of media, but maybe it was morbid curiosity that made me want to read more and more. I can't say I dislike this manga, since no one (especially women, holy shit give them a break ⊙﹏⊙ ) has plot armor and a character can't bullshit their way out of a situation (Chapter 175 spoiler: Like Kitami having to sacrifice himself to get Uruma and the girl out of the literal deathtrap.).
The manga's brutal, it's ugly and it doesn't sugarcoat things when it comes to displaying human nature and emotions.
So, if your stomach can handle the gore, rape, manipulation, brain-washing and all that stuff, I'd suggest giving it a try!
