The anime itself revolves around Ko who is determined to be a Vampire because he's sick of his day life. However, in the last 2 episodes even he's like "yeah, why do I actually want to be a Vampire" which completely goes against literally everything the anime has built up to by this point which I feel ruins it. Lots of ups and downs with this show and that's why this review is mixed because whilst I didn't hate it, I wasn't really sure how to feel about it. It would have been nice if he didn't go immediately into wanting to be a Vampire by the end of episode 1 and instead gradually comes to the conclusion so by the end it's not all going to waste by saying "Now that I think about it, why do I want to be a Vampire"
If there's a season 2 I will watch it because even though it's an anime that was just mid to me, another part of me wants season 2 to redeem itself and or feels better than season 1. I liked this anime enough to want to watch a second season and to root for it to be better. 6/10
