The story is super boring. At this point in the story (chapter 250), the good guys have been fighting the bad guy for what feels like an eternity. If the bad guy wins, he's basically free to take over the world. That's pretty much the story.
The fighting is too complicated and convoluted to keep track of, and it takes forever to explain. It seems like at least one character uses some new technique or ability each chapter that takes at least half the chapter to explain. It's just not fun to read, or watch for that matter.
There are way too many characters. New characters get introduced left and right, and old characters get left behind with barely an explanation as to why. This means that there is basically zero character development for the vast majority of characters. Not that there's much room for development when the story has just devolved into a never ending fight.
And that's it! Just a quick side note, I did enjoy this manga up until the end of the Shibuya arc. After that, it just went downhill fast and hasn't stopped since.
