To simplify, a very ordinary Japanese man gets whisked away to a fantasy world meets a (elf) woman, and proceeds to make a living.
There is one superb reason why I appreciate this series over the dozens of others. He is faithful to one woman, the MC doesn't display lust or lack of control towards other females. He carries true love and commitment to one woman over the many chapters, which even I find impressive. There are even some scenes where he openly talks about the importance and reasoning for being faithful. It got me impressed, this regular guy does have some good values.
Addressing everything else, the story, action, and development are decent. It's nothing head turning but it's just enough to get you to keep reading.
