Short and sweet. Sets up season 3 really well.

This arc focuses on Kumiko's struggle and growth as a new club president. When you are the club president, your job goes beyond just being good at your own instrument. As the leader of a group, how do you build a team from various unique individual, each with his/her own skills and goals? How do you communicate with each person, in order to inspire them to become the best version of themselves? There are no correct answers to these questions, and Kumiko is trying to come up with her own solutions.

For me personally, as someone who has recently been promoted to a team lead position, these are the exact same questions that I try to answer for myself everyday. When Kumiko is struggling with the best way to solve various problems that arises in a group setting, I can't help but think about how I would solve these problems if I were put in her shoe. Kumiko was involved in all sorts of dramas in the first 2 years of her high school life, and throughout those experience, she has learned to strike a balance between being honest vs. being kind, being assertive without being forceful. These are all great qualities that makes her a fantastic leader, and she definitely showed us how it is done here.
