The only way I would describe this anime is a masterpiece that is very much like the original anime (story wise). One of the things that make this anime so special is the setting; unlike most anime that are set in schools, this has a medieval setting without a fantasy aspect which makes it more grounded. Another thing is the animation looks great and vibrant.
The characters are unique and and have their own personalities that are well built, which immerses us more into the story.
I genuinely believe that this is going to be an extremely enjoyable watch for anyone who is into a medieval romance plot that is also a slow burn romance with great character building.
