This is one of the progenitors of the Bara genre and it definitely shows it age at times but that makes it even more iconic, and given how big meme culture is it honestly came at the best time.
I would recommend this to people who want a good laugh and don't take things too seriously so while I give it a low rating because objectively it's bad I give it a 7 in humor and entertainment.
