In my opinion, it is the best of the 4 in several aspects, setting, animation, soundtrack. I wasn't very convinced by the ways to resolve the first semi-final and there are scenes that I don't quite understand, they nerfed youko too much and also they didn't give her much dialogue during and after the meeting (in my opinion because she is my favorite character in the entire anime) and The other semi-final is incredible and leaves you looking forward to the next chapter, just like part 3, highly recommended, if you need links in Spanish or English to see it, send me a message
