The story kinda mid, or is it? Its like it doesn't even know where it belong to. What I mean is whatever they want it to be a complex story or just laid-back one. It started by taking us with after war thing world, it told us how the character feel about those days, how the people live currently, and suddenly, the remnant from the war still exist and start telling about how the magic battle work. I expect a chill story while holding a bowl of warm noodle here and you want me to suddenly get focus to how the magic work? oh, it just SEED Gundam type of battle, a magic-missile spam. oh, the bad guy is about to finish in this last attack..., boom, a flashback. so, by what I mean here is, this series is not sure about how its story wanna be like.
For the animation, what a bless, I had no complaint.
The characters are your typical RPG role up, they had their own flaws and strength(but again, is this really necessary in a what people called a chill anime?), which I quite fond up. Except our MC..., yeah, she is OP. But here come what disturb me. excluding the battle at the last part of the series, where is everyone? there is a big missile spam happen in a peaceful world happen, no one want to check out? even the "police" there? and the one who fought, all of them quite calm even though they all in a battle to death situation. oh, is this what people called chill anime? even some mecha anime had emotion inserted in the battle. It is like all the characters were robot that had no emotion, but installed with a slight comedy stuff on them?
To summary anything I said above, this is a series which only there to be watched, you don't need to get linked to it by anyway you can think of and can be forgotten in a couple of season later. It is still overhype, but you can still watch it, hear me? I not saying you can enjoy it. I not gonna recommend this to anyone in the future, and if anyone tell me about this again later, I will be like "Oh, there is that show huh?"
