Well the show has a good opening i guess..

This is a spinoff of SEVENS because we needed a spinoff of Sevens apparently.
The MC is an alien. Why? Because wacky? The other two characters also have names that start with Yu because Arc V didn't run that troupe into the ground enough.
There are episodes where THEY DON'T EVEN DUEL.
Sevens wasn't bad at all. It was pretty entertaining at least. Somehow this show has run 100 episodes and we haven't even gotten an English dub yet. It is never ending.
I digress. The plot revolves around an Alien named Yuga trying to learn a children's card game (ala rush duels) to lead his people to a better future. That's it. That is the driving point. No ET phone home or alter ego this time. Just "i want to learn rush duel because show demands it"
they aren't even hiding the subliminal messages geared towards marketing collectible cardboard .
Duel Masters has good anime, Beyblade does. Even Digimon does. Why do we get stuck with this crap?
There's not much to really say. It's the wacky adventures of an alien boy and two nerds. Theres other aliens too including a chupacabra boy.
Since the episodes aren't even plot heavy i can't even describe them. They all feel like filler. Again, Why does this even exist?
Who asked for an alien's adventures playing yugioh?
Go buy more collectible cardboard and consume this trash i guess. It's frankly insulting that Konami thinks this little of us fans.
This show is geared towards the youngest of audiences and it's just plain bad.
There's some exciting duels im sure by episode 25+ but do you really want to force yourself to watch this children's show with no character development or serious moments? Just to see actual duels?
Go watch GX. Go watch Vrains. Watch or re-watch any other Yu-Gi-oh show. Even sevens.
Even the Wikipedia page literally consists 1 single paragraph for the plot sypnosis. It isn't deep.
It's a show aimed at kids and only kids.
The animation is the same as SEVENS. Cartoonish and cheap.
There is nothing good I can really say about this show. It's just bad.
