Preliminary (14/? chp)
I must spit my venom on this manga, after the ordeal that was this second volume.

To begin with, I have to say that the 1st volume, far from being good, at least had the merit of being visually beautiful. The stereotypes, despite the fact that they were very present, and that the fiction was closer to a wattpad story than a real manga, offered something that could have been improved in the future.

But this 2nd volume, let me tell you, is one of the worst I've ever read, all books included. Not a step forward (except the fact that he kills the other very bad villain), not an evolution. The characters, like the plot, are abysmal. The complexity of the characters is as flat as a coffee table.

I regret having thought that this manga could have had a relationship with violence and evil as well written and thought out as Shamo. Shamo is well written. The characters evolve coherently with their environments. And, despite Ryo's horrific acts against women, these are never justified, let alone glorified. But that's not the case here. The author seems to have some kind of fascination with all this. And to see that people admire this disgusts me deeply. Worst of all, none of these acts, however horrific, serve any purpose. Shock for shock's sake, show for show's sake.

As much as I enjoy revenge manga, this is by far the worst I've read or seen. I may sound salty, but it was a real ordeal to stay and read this second volume, as nothing goes right in this manga. Too bad I can't give it a 0
