I hate that I kind of enjoy this series. The main character is a sort of kuudere. What is that you may ask? “ Kuudere is a term for a character who appears calm and unemotional most of the time, but becomes cute and loving around their love interest. They don't talk much and have a cold uninterested attitude towards people who are not their love interest. Although it might not appear like it at first, they are hiding a deep inner love inside that will start to come out after becoming closer to their love interest” -fandom

This is quite similar to OPM, skip to the next paragraph if you don’t want spoilers about one punch man. You got your overpowered protagonist that has companions not as strong as him. He seems to be very lazy and seems to act like he doesn’t care about his companions. Truth is, surprise surprise, he secretly does. His companions are loyal and when things go down, he comes swooping like a late super hero (cough opm).

If you like power fantasy plus drama, go ahead. This has very much power and even more drama to spice up your hatred for some of the outrageous but sort of predictable events 😉
