A farmer finds a female knight from another world in his farm. Realizing how she could be taken advantage of, he decides to employ her in his farm. Everyone starts misunderstanding her as his wife and we jump into a slow slice of life series set in a village.
Review
This is a Iyashikei (healing) series similar to tonikaku kawaii. Most of the time, we are either farming or interacting with villagers or just doing normal things like cooking/eating with an occasional ecchi scene. Everyone is a nice person, so you don't have to worry about drama.
In terms of romance, there's barely any chemistry. There's a lot of warm fuzzy moments, but as most of their alone moments are filled with MC teaching FMC about mundane things like how to cut veggies or how to operate a shower etc.., it feels more like MC adopting a child rather than a wife. They are also strictly "pretending" to be married, so you don't see them being lovey-dovey (except accidental moments). The relationship also feels artificial and unbalanced because the FMC is basically at the mercy of MC.
Warning: There's a lot of mundane dialogue in this series. A lot of dialogue comes down to "wow, he is so hard working. he is so nice.".
Overall, its an above average read if you just want to calm healing manga. Its definitely not a masterpiece like Non Non Biyori or Yuru Camp, but it will still keep a smile on your face while you are reading it. If you are not in boring SoL series, then you are not the target audience.
