So about the overview of the manga, I think the title perfectly describes the manga as a whole. A story of a gamer who sadly had the absolute bad luck to be reincarnated as a medic girl in a world rife with wars. It tells a compelling tale holding onto the idea that not every isekai has to be magic centric with a war between monsters and humans and not every protag has to overpowered. It shows the much more darker side of the war, and the way of narration used in the story provides that feel of reading an entry from a diary belonging to war-hardened soldier, which the story aims, as evident from the title.
It introduces a decent amount of characters in the number of chapters I have read, AND I LIKED EVERY ONE OF THEM. Even the commander too. The author made me connect to the characters in a beautiful way, that I had a smile all the way reading through the sections consisting their hearty interactions, that I was feeling sad when they were, feeling happy when they were, feeling angry when they were.
Also about the art, very good, that's all I have to say cause I don't have to give out specifics to prove that the art of this manga is good, as it is visible in and of itself.
