I must say that while the premise itself is interesting, the main character doesn't have much to be desired. Although you could understand where he's coming from, he always came off as more annoying and self-centered than a victim. And while this series has the potential to explore deeper political conflict through the lens of both parties, it just feels like it is barely able to do so right now. So far, what we have feels more black and white and simple than what it could've been. However, there is still potential for it to explore that depth as the story goes on. Try to stick to it for now.
