Story (10): This is a gorgeous and very purifying novel, so I humbly ask that you enjoy it and show appreciation for each chapter you read. I'm sure he will purge all the impurities contained in his soul. Seriously, I feel like I'm a new man after I started reading this book. Every fiber of my core rejoices when I remember that there are still treasures like this in this horrible world.
I personally find it incredible that some people come into our lives and manage to change our entire way of living in a very short space of time. This light novel portrays this reality in an exceptional way. Regarding the novel, I would say that it has a perfect rhythm within Japanese culture. The main characters in this story are absurdly well developed. I'm currently on volume 7 and I can't really say that they are the same characters I saw in volume 1. (They have matured a lot and become much stronger, both physically and mentally). Adolescence is a phase of maturation: it is a period of transition in physical and psychological development, in which human beings stop being children and enter adulthood. The cultural purpose of adolescence is to prepare a person to assume the role of an adult. It does not need to be characterized as problematic, but rather as a period marked by significant changes in the biosocial, cognitive and sociocultural spheres. At this stage, moments of difficulty, confusion and irritation usually appear, as well as states of sadness, anger and anguish. However, these same changes also produce excitement, challenges and growth. In other words, this is a period of opportunities and risks. Saeki-san is a highly talented writer and never fails to impress me with her fabulous writing. She always addresses these and many other types of themes in a brilliant and totally engaging way in her book. She certainly deserved to have much more recognition around the world!
Characters (10): The main characters are incredibly endearing and human. The chemistry that the main couple has is absolutely wonderful. And the way they interact with each other is very cute and hilarious. Even the secondary characters are very likable. You will hardly be able to hate any character in this work.
Art (10): This Light Novel has one of the best art styles I've ever seen in my life. I couldn't help it and saved almost all of her illustrations on my PC. Designer Hanekoto managed to successfully portray almost all of the characters' emotions. It was also very detailed. I loved. (I would also like to give an honorable mention to Kazutake who only illustrated volume 1, he did an excellent job too)
Pleasure - (10): I discovered this attractive work from the anime and when I discovered that it had a light novel with volumes that had not yet been adapted I immediately went after it and today I am one of the biggest fans of the work :3
Overall rating - 10/10, If you're looking for a light, sweet, fun novel with well-developed characters, I highly recommend giving this book a chance. You definitely won't regret reading it.
