A theme in relationships about insecurity is cheating. Or that feeling when you are unsure your beloved is cheating. It could be quite an awful feeling, and pretty difficult to bring it up. It is some of the worst actions another human can do because it ruins your whole trust in the relationship, and after the effect of cheating some could never be the same or have the same trust. Nobody should ever be cheated on.
Now put that idea in your head as you discover what these characters will do and how they will respond to these actions.
Pretty sure reader(you) and me after having read the thing above now understand why this is such a shitshow.
To say the most without spoiling reading this is seriously not worth the read. It is a massive flop in outcome and has the biggest disappointing character choices you will EVER see in a manga.
And to top off art is just disgusting nasty underage sx scenes. Which going back, these scenes have actually zero involvement in the story.
Again what a horrible way to go. Volume 4 must be studied and questioned years to come.
