As I missed the chance to play the mobile game this manga is based on, I decided to read it instead. I sure wasn't disappointed.

The very concept of the story is amazing. Sinners that got caught red-handed will have their crime broadcast for the population to judge them. If the people consider them to be guilty, they will wish for the sinners to disappear, summoning some kind of grim-reaper that will end their lives. But are the people really able to deliver proprer justice based on a single video ?

The characters are endearing as we see their way of coping with their "crimes", how to continue to live after commiting a sin, even when the whole world is against you. Yet despite the dark premise, there's also quite a lot of funny interactions between them.

The art is really solid, with great fights and a wide range of expression on characters that makes reading very entertaining.

There's also some bonus chapters that helps to develop the relationship between the characters, like the skits would in the video game. Although you don't need to have played the video game to enjoy the manga, and every "cameo characters" from other Tales of are gone so the manga only focuses on Crestoria's own story and cast.
