The Character Development in this manga is SATISFYING and the interactions of the mc to different situations are hilarious, fun and depressing. Its not really rollercoaster of emotions and may not be for everyone, but its about a genuine guy changing because he thought the life that he had was safe and reasonable and a beautiful girl trying her best to prove otherwise.
