I did not have high expectations when I picked up this manga, but so far it is actually a very good representation of what my job is actually like. The medical parts are fairly accurately represented (better than any TV drama); even the doses and procedures are correct. It is cool to see that anesthesiologists in Japan have the same complaints about the job -- the hours are long, there are no breaks for food, surgeons blame us for everything etc. I am looking forward to reading the rest.
