To clarify first, the word "Jirai (地雷)" in the title does not refer to a dangerous girl. Rather, it is a term that has been mistakenly translated. In modern times, the term is used as a mildly derogatory adjective to describe people who dress in a unique or unconventional style thus normally accompanied by weird behaviour, which can make them appear somewhat strange or unusual to others.

Now, if you're looking for an exciting story with plot twists, this isn't it. But if you want a lighthearted and sweet slice-of-life manga, you're in the right place.

This manga has a good blend of comedy, romance and really good art. It promises to be a good and enjoyable read from start to finish. The story revolves around two characters who fall in love with each other, and their relationship grows slowly but steadily, with no obstacles in their way. While the girl has an original character design, the boy's character design is quite clichéd. However, the mangaka uses this aspect to their advantage and makes it unpredictable, making for an interesting read.
