Episode 1:
The OSTs, the history, the violence of the rumbling, the relationship between Armin and Annie, the return of Floch, the death of Hange, the action scenes, the fact that everyone realizes the mistakes they made and the monster it created. All is incredible !!
Episode 2:
At the beginning, i really liked the fight and the OST, it was very enjoyful. The Eren vs Armin was flawless !!!
I really loved the scene where Armin and Zeke discuss about the meaningless of the life and conclude that the life has not so much sens but life gives precious moments like being with your friends or playing ball with a person you like.
I also liked the place of love in this episode with Mikasa. Indeed, her reason fought against her feeling of love and it was very difficult for her to kill Eren. But her reason was stimulated to the cause of saving the world and she killed him but she has been very affected by that. Moreover, we learnt Ymir didn't revolt against the king of Mahr because she was probably in love of him. So, the moral is no matter how strong you are when you love someone, your strength is nothing.
We also learnt, in the conversation with Armin the regret of Eren to not being with Mikasa, Eren is the slave of the liberty, the slave of what Ymir hadn't never had in her life, the slave of the revenge of Ymir. So Ymir created the attacking titan with the power to make past for having a predifined future. The entire life of Eren was written at the moment he was born.
At the end, i felt so much nostalgia when i saw the survey corps in front of Levi.
On the ending theme, we can see the continuation of the world where the war and the conflicts between humans don't stop, so it's very difficult or impossible to get peace in the world. The solution of Zeke, Survey Corps and Eren didn't work.
To conclude, I think the message is that Isayama presented 3 solutions to have peace in the world: that of Sieg, sterilizing the Eldians, that of the Survey Corps, exploring the other people and trying to make peace, that of Eren , re-establish a new world where the Eldian people rebuild themselves. Result: none of the solutions worked and conflicts still continue so peace in the world is sought but not found and even in our current world.
