The thing I probably loved the most about this show, was how characters were mostly developed through natural dialogue, a very intimate solution, that made me interested in their stories as if they were friends of mine. But then, the annoying cliché flashbacks kick in... and with the intent of getting the characters closer to each other, they, instead, manage to get the viewer far away from any involvement with them.
That, of course, is just one example. More generally, the show progressively replaces its extravagant, yet original ideas, with dull, unoriginal ones, and flattens its finesses one by one. That's the case for the art as well, which is nice, but gradually gets stale, to the point where you just forget about it.
On the whole, the show is still enjoyable, but nothing more than that.
