I keep seeing people mention on how boring this season is how could an action fantasy be so slow, ect
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but that was an assumption on your part, this story is a fantasy slice of life with action in it.
Action was never the main focus of the story, and even less so from here on. Minor spoiler there's probably about 12-15 more fights in the entire story left for Rudeus and only 5 or so have any plot significance. No, I didn't count them out but that's all I can remember.
That's my point, you're not gonna remember this story for the fight scenes they are few and far between. If you don't love the characters, aren't captivated by the world itself. Or, you don't care about a coming of age story about a traumatized man-child that never got past the mental age of 16, coming to learn about what it means to be a person. What it means to live a real life.
Then I'm sorry this isn't for you. You're not going to like it at all.
With that all being said, I still love it for everything else it has to offer.
If, you could care less about watching a disgusting, lowlife f*ck up, un-f*ck himself over a period of years. Move on now.
