Kageki Shojo!! continues the journey of our two lovely characters Sarasa and Naracchi after the end of Kageki Shojo!! The Curtain Rises. Sarasa is such a bundle of joy and every Sarasa panel brings a smile to my face. It's a well written story about the journey of the 100th class of Kouka School of Musical and Theatrical Arts. The character dynamics are very fun to read, Sarasa being the otaku anime loving cheerful girl balanced out by characters such as Naracchi who is also adorable and Kaoru and Sawa who act as the straight men making the situation absolutely hilarious. The art is amazing, double page spreads of acting which gives you goosebumps. As someone who used to do stage plays, the acting in it is very good and realistic. As the story progresses we get to see more of the lives of each character and what brought them to love Kouka in these side stories at the end of every volume. I normally skip side stories as they bore me but the side stories in this manga hooked me up and got me attached to every character. Overall I really enjoyed the manga so far. It's not often that I write a review for one but seeing how there's none for this gem I simply had to write one get others to pick it up. I like keeping my reviews short but I guess this got a bit long. Have a great rest of the day to whoever reads this.
