Love can be horrifying. We humans can be horrifying. What’s most horrifying is when we humans start to feel love. Many of us have been in love or at least know what being in love feels like, but what if I were to say that this manga showed me a new perspective to look at love? One that is so terrorizing that you’ll find yourself clutching your chest after finishing this Manga.

Kitani is essentially a psychological manga that makes use of several themes to showcase the events that take place in the lives of two students -Ai and Hina- who are the protagonists and the centre of this story. The manga is psychologically disturbing, but it is also emotionally painful and heart-wrenching. Reading this, one may easily lose their sense of right and wrong because what’s even wrong when it’s all for love? Is love wrong? Is there a right way of love? Who decides what’s the right way? What if I don’t follow the right way? What are the other options left?

The final resting place of love is when you’re at peace with yourself and to achieve this peace…find out by reading this short manga which is only 31 chapters, the art is gorgeous and the dialogues are easy yet meaningful to let you have a satisfying reading experience!
