I watched Elfen Lied about 3 months ago. I still have nightmares to this day that will leave me doubting everything I thought I knew about humans as people. This series does every single thing it can to make you cry, jump, or laugh. It has nudity in it but everything has a meaning, it's not as if they are trying to attract an ecchi crowd, they want to portray the lives of the people as real as they can. This is my second favorite anime of all time and the only anime that tops it is that of Neon Genesis Evangelion, the only part I didn't like about either was a cliff hanger endings to some episodes that made me stay up until 3 or 4 in the morning ;P. Anyway this is a sure way to get a more mature fan of anime into the horror genre as it is the best of that in which it is competing, thanks. ~ Rex
