I'll summarize the story very shortly as there is not much to talk about to begin with. MC is a mangaka drawing porn. He is in love with his sister, and she is in love with him, but he doesn't know. They do it in the first chapter, but he thinks it's a dream. His sister then proceeds to copulate with him when he is drunk, so he doesn't even know. That's about it. MAL tags classify this as a drama and romance for whatever reason, but the truth is, it's just your typical incest hentai dressed up as something more serious than it is.
This whole manga reminds me of Usagi Drop. I have no idea if it's true, and I don't really care either, but I read somewhere that Unita Yumi has a father fetish or something, and that's why it ended the way it did. Ani to Imouto feels exactly the same, and by looking at the other creations of Hano Haruka, I must say that it feels like the dude has a thing for his sister. He made a pathetic child-man crybaby MC that's being taken care of by his perfect sister who loves him dearly for no apparent reason, besides him walking her home when she was a kid. It's like the author is writing his fantasy.
I would love to have some wise words to say at the end, but it's just garbage.
