There aren't many shadowy creepers among the customers, almost all of the ones that appear in the story are repeat customers and have a personal rapport with Honoka, who show as much genuine interest in her personal well-being as they are in blowing a load. There are explicit sex scenes sprinkled throughout (you'd be an idiot not to expect such just from the title alone), mostly in the beginning volumes, but they become background noise as other problems begin to take the focus of the story. Issues like the typical constantly belittled girl struggling to develop her confidence on her own; some episodes of ptsd due to physical/sexual abuse; other girls at the soapland being jealous and their attempts to sabotage Honoka's ranking among the other girls at her establishment; studying for and attending college, and the complexities of hiding your profession from people you consider close friends and the further complexities when Honoka realizes she's in love with one of them.
This is definitely a glass half-full story of a sex worker. There isn't anything you're expecting in a story like this, everything always seems to turn out roses in the end. Every struggle an opportunity to be a better sex-worker.
