If you are a fan of Cutie Honey then you will know what to expect, but sadly there is lower quality in this manga than the original. Perhaps because Nagai had already used many of the more interesting plots in the series for other works in the franchise. There is a lack of anything notable, or interesting that happens here except a continuation of the Panther Claw X Honey rivalry. There is an appearance of Kekkou Kamen which is a nice touch, and the similarity of the characters makes for a nice interaction, that similarity is also a weakness since there is nothing notable that happens between the two.
The art is not particularly of quality either, even for Dynamic Plannings standards. There aren't really any interesting impact panels, and the framing and pacing is sort of poor despite being less rushed than other works. I guess this is just an ecchi filler but it's sad to see a lack of attention to detail in this work.
