With strong opening scenes which mean apsolutly nothing to anyone new to the series. You can expect blood, romance (Crazy romance mind you.) and a metric butt tonne of crazy people trying to off each other to become the new GOD of cause and effect (I believe thats what Deus is).
With the first Opening it starts a bit slow then punches you in the face saying "HEY!! KEEP WATCHING!!" and the first ending is the same.
The down side is the second opening, it seems to want people to get annoyed with Faylan as she clearly didn't do well in english classes (second opening is sang in english from start to finish...) and the second ending is just meh.
for a fan of the manga watch it as I have seen scenes which suggest no plot change, so its just the same but with the fights oh god the fights.
Newcomers give it a chance. Its still going but it will be an unending roller coaster just waiting for you to get on.
