I dropped after the first episode but picked it back up after seeing the high review score. That was a mistake and a letdown. If I had to describe this in one word, it would be dull. Its basically about a couple of girls trying to pick up the pieces of their lives after having been kicked out of the main plot. Young assassin/gunslinging girls is a plot that’s probably been done to death. This anime attempts to try something new by crossing that genre with a slice of life story about two girls trying to find meaning outside of the organization, but it really just fails at both. Very little story at all- just odd jobs, banter, with some occasional action thrown into the mix that you never really care about and are never really drawn into. Visuals were appealing, but the characters themselves were largely uninteresting. I thought it would get better after the Spike Speigal looking character was introduced, but that hope slowly dwindled.
No idea why this is rated so high, it’s a waste of time imho
