It is a short film of a good chunk of the cast from the Star System and the band, Ravex, personified into the Star System. The story should not be taken seriously. It follows the band trying to save the galaxy by the power of music and Tezuka characters.
Like Interstella 5555, if you are not a fan of the particular artist , you will not like the music/ plot of the movie. While music does play a large role in the story, there is dialogue to further along the story.
This is an enjoyable short film combining techno and the Tezuka Star System. I recommend this if you are a fan of Tezuka's works, or looking for something to cleanse your palette.
