The first half of this season is objectively bad. The pacing was completely demolished by skipping the training arc, and a lot of characterization for Rishia and the Bow Hero were lost. The missing backstory really affects the viewers' relationship with Rishia, because without it, why would we care about her like we do Raphtalia and Filo?

That said, the plot and pacing in the second half were pretty good... But the fights are starting to get repetitive in the way they're resolved. I want to make a joke about it but then this review wouldn't be spoiler free.

Despite all that, the season is still enjoyable and if you like the overarching story what are you gonna do? Skip this season? Lmao
