Episode 10 seems like it was outsourced by the studio. If it's not, then the animation feels like a pre-production screen script. It is similar to the animation/ frame sequence of Chinese animators back in the 00s, to be honest, and a huge drop from Episode 9.
If in any chance that a Higher-ups in the studio read this review, take a step back and review what this episode is. You're throwing away the work of the animators from season 1 until episode 9 of season 2 just because you might not be giving enough time for the animators to fully finish their work. Delay or don't release a product unless it's polished. This is coming from a guy that looks up to Japanese work ethics that veers toward perfection. And episode 10 isn't it.
